At Sulphur Creek Urgent Care, our mission is to provide quality healthcare that is accessible to everyone in our community. We believe in a patient-centered approach that prioritizes your health and well-being. You should have a choice in your healthcare options, which is why Sulphur Creek offers both primary healthcare services through appointments and urgent care services on a walk-in basis. In addition to these services, we also provide telehealth services for added convenience. Michele opened Sulphur Creek Urgent Care in 2022 and later expanded our already well-known healthcare facility by adding Sulphur Creek Primary Care in 2026.

At Sulphur Creek, we are designed to accommodate your busy lifestyle with our primary healthcare services. Whether you require immediate walk-in attention or need to schedule an appointment for a physical for school, sports, or employment, we are here to help. Our facility offers a broad spectrum of family medicine, urgent care, and telehealth services for non-emergent needs. Some of the illnesses we can treat include: Abscess incision and drainage, allergic reactions, allergies, asthma, athlete’s foot/fungus infection, bronchitis, burns from heat or chemical exposure, congestion, cough, Covid testing & treatment, dehydration, diaper rash, DOT physicals, ear infection, eye infection, fever, flu symptoms, gastrointestinal disorders, headaches/migraines, insect bites, nausea/vomiting, physicals (school, sports, employment), rashes, sinus infection, skin allergy, skin infections, sore throat, STD testing and treatment, stomachaches and stomach pains, urinary tract infections, vaccinations, and wound infections. X-ray & Lab Services
When you’re in need of lab testing, particularly as part of your primary healthcare, you want a location that offers convenient hours and timely results. At Sulphur Creek, we provide a range of in-house lab services for our patients, along with the ability to send out labs for more complex testing. Our clinic is equipped to run a wide variety of lab tests, including the following: Glucose, Iron, Covid, Flu, H. Pylori, Mono, Pregnancy, STD testing, Strep A, RSV, Urinalysis, PCR Cultures, and Drug & Alcohol Screening. Additionally, our telehealth services make it easier than ever to access urgent care and get the lab tests you need.

Our telehealth services offer quick access to urgent care for both urgent and non-emergent needs, allowing you to be seen by a provider within minutes for diagnosis, treatment, and medications if needed. Virtual visits give you another option when you cannot make it into the clinic but still require medical care.
