Michele is the owner and operator of Sulphur Creek, where she offers primary and urgent care services as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. With over 19 years of healthcare experience in urgent care and emergency room settings, Michele graduated with honors from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor Nurse Practitioner Program in 2015. She furthered her education and earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice at the University of Texas in Arlington in 2024. A resident of Lampasas County for the last 20 years, Michele is proud to provide new healthcare options, including telehealth services, for the community. She is married to Allen and is the mother of three sons.

Janci Weilbacher is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine. She earned her nursing degree from Texas A&M University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. With over 12 years of experience in maternal health. She now provides care for women, men and children at Sulphur Creek in the primary & urgent care settings. Janci lives locally with her husband, Wes, and their three children. She is proud to provide quality healthcare to the families of Lampasas County.
